After switching to a different Twitch account, you must wait 7 days to switch again. Reconnecting the same account is allowed.
Existing rewards and deliveries in progress are kept. The same reward cannot be granted twice. Twitch accounts previously linked to another game account cannot be used.
Confirming the new account replaces your current link. You cannot switch to another account for 7 days afterward.
